boar sin is the result of several new vineyards that we introduced to the piggs peake range in 2023. these chambourcin vineyards up at broke have resulted in us making a super premium chambourcin that we have christened boar sin.

it has, as you would expect, amazing colour. it is soft, but with some firmness from the mclaren vale shiraz we blended into it to finish it off.

on the nose it’s a mixture of raspberry fruit and coconut while the palate is deep and brooding while still being soft and approachable. try this wine with richly flavoured red meat dishes.
