Medium caters for 22 grazing or 12 substantial.    

Large caters for 30 grazing or 15 substantial. 

For timely delivery, please specify your preferred time of arrival. We ensure delivery is made within one hour of your guests’ arrival for optimal food safety. Please note, the platters are too large for typical household fridges, but we can deliver ingredients in Kraft boxes for you to assemble on your own serving dishes.
