Designed for sharing, this platter makes it easy to graze while enjoying afternoon drinks, perfect for impressing your guests.

Platter Sizes:

• Small: Serves 4 grazing or 2 substantial portions (as pictured)
• Medium: Serves 8 grazing or 4 substantial portions
• Large: Serves 16 grazing or 8 substantial portions

To ensure timely delivery, please specify your preferred delivery time. We aim to deliver within 1 hour of your guests’ arrival for food safety reasons. Please note, the platters are too large for typical household fridges. Alternatively, we can deliver the ingredients in Kraft boxes for you to arrange on your own serving dishes.

Note: The price includes collection of the platter (the following day or as arranged). Delivery fees will be applied at checkout, depending on your location.

Platter Breakdown:

• Small: 1 dozen NSW oysters, ½ kg QLD prawns (approx. 15), 100g Tasmanian smoked salmon, 1 cooked bug
• Medium: 2 dozen NSW oysters, 1 kg QLD prawns (approx. 30), 200g Tasmanian smoked salmon, 3 cooked bugs
• Large: 3 dozen NSW oysters, 2 kg QLD prawns (approx. 60), 400g Tasmanian smoked salmon, 6 cooked bugs, 50g Yarra Valley salmon caviar, 300g seared tuna

All of our produce is proudly sourced from Australian farms and fisheries.

T&C’s: All wooden boards, glass jars, ceramic ramekins, bread baskets, service utensils & cutlery are property of CASA Fine Foods Pty Ltd. You will be provided with an inventory of what has been supplied to you. All of these items need to be returned. Failure to return all items may result in an invoice being issued for any missing item. Please see the rear of the inventory list for all fees.
